Sure: Create a new GPO (or use an existing one if applicable to the computers you're wanting to apply it to), and navigate to Computer Configuration -> Windows Settings -> Security Settings -> System Services Set the Help and Support service to be Disabled, and your clients will stop and disable the service next time they refresh their policy. -- Chris M.
