Hi folks,

I am using a GUI which I have built in part using GUIDE and which makes use of the tools 'zoom in' and 'zoom out' in the toolbar like in a standard figure.

One small problem I encountered is that when the zoom in (or zoom out) tool is selected, the keyboard inputs no longer trigger tasks that I have programmed into the GUI. For instance, I configured the up/down arrow keystrokes to increment a value in my GUI, but when 'zoom in' is selected, the keystrokes instead zoom in or out in the axes displaying data which is not what I want.

Do any of you know if there is a simple way to not let 'zoom in' or 'zoom out' tools repurpose keystrokes?
