Hi, I am sending a newsletter to subscribers and the header graphic is causing some trouble for clients with Outlook. Outgoing e-mails stay in the outbox unless I hit send and receive

We have Outlook 2007 and noticed that some accounts are getting "Microsoft at Home" and "Microsoft at Work" automatically subscribed as a default. Yet others do not.
