Getting a left margin to behave like a header or footer

From: Hopeless on 23 Mar 2010 10:19 Good morning. Our letterhead lists our products along the left margin, and i'd like them to be "cemented" on, like they would if they appeared in the header or footer, but can't figure out how to do that. Any suggestions?
