The only IMAP accounts I've tried are the Gmail ones. The 'Inbox' is fine, but it's the faffing about with multiple locations for Spam and Trash, and just try running a Smart Mailbox on Gmail, you'll end up with multiple copies. However, I have now found a satisfactory solution with Jochem's suggestion here: http://db.tidbits.com/article/10253 I didn't know you had to specify, or indeed that it was actually possible, the links between Gmail's folders and the ones in Mail. I have now set this up, and also use MailHub to help filing, rather than using filters. > The way I manage email is > I have one mobile me account and several pop accounts on domain names, > plus 2 gmail IMAP accounts. Yes, it's not much better in Thunderbird et al either. -- Andy Hewitt <http://web.me.com/andrewhewitt1/>
