I think it is Computer Angels or something in WA. I do not know if there
was ever any Computerbank in WA.

Obviously the Victorian CB has enough surplus computers from core
projects to sell them off for a nominal amount.

The biggest problem in the Computerbank that I was involved in was
storage space. There just isn't ongoing storage space available unless
you have an income and the only way they could get one reliably is by
selling surplus stock.
