Set the mailaddress as ie @coldmail.com, those who likes to mail you will
know the real servername. ;)
Mailaddress sniffers will most likely not, and as said they all end-up in
one unimportant place.

That's why it's recommended that when you want to make a munged e-mail
address for newsgroups, that you make the TLD ".invalid" (or something
equally obviously invalid), because that way you won't accidentally
collide with some real domain name.
