Google Mail uses a folder named "SPAM". There will be another that Outlook
supplies named "Junk E-mail", but depending on the root that you use for the
IMAP account, it may not appear on the server.

I'm sorry, but I don't understand the question. The Junk E-mail folder will
appear in your Navigation Pane just like your Inbox, Sent Items, Outbox, and
all the other mail folders.
