try HOME 256 ATTACH (should be attached to HOME)

Command menu can always be displayed via 256 MENU for immediate execution,
but commands won't compile properly in programs unless lib is actually attached.

Or set flag -86 (?),
which automatically re-attaches at each warmstart (if flag remains set).
