Happy days, AXS which became Tiscali Smart Talk offered UK landline
calls for 2p per min anytime via 0800 access on quietly released 0800 954
numbers that Orange would sometimes take weeks to find before blocking

I've been playing the game now with GiffGaff who seem to have no interest
in blocking 0800 callthroughs
