I have the tooltip property of a graph series set to display some text.
Everything looks great until I zoom to greater than 100%; at that point, no
tooltip. I have a similar tooltip on a textbox that works fine when I zoom.
Also, when in Visual Studio 2008, the tooltip works fine with the zoom
engaged.

Any ideas?
