Here is a third argument in favor of a 0 rest-mass for the neutrino.
(1) astronomy shows no time lagg for supernova neutrino relative to EM
radiation
(2) an upper bound for rest mass speed for all objects would have the
neutrino as the upper bound, which does not make sense.
(3) Dirac Positron Space is the likely candidate of gravity where it
is the
positrons that compose space and since the rest of the observable
cosmos
are the last 6 electrons of 231Pu, the Cosmic Atom, then the force of
gravity
is the positron attraction of space to the electronic-matter of the
observable
cosmos.

So gravity is identical to EM force since it is positive charge
attracting negative
charge only 10^40 smaller than EM force. Gravity is a Space effect.

And so the neutrino would belong to Positron Space. Photons belong to
the
EM force mediating the proton and electron. Neutrinos mediate the
positrons
and the matter of our observable-Cosmos which is the last 6 electrons.

So in a sense, the neutrinos are the "light waves" that mediate
positron to electron,
whereas the usual light-wave mediates proton to electron.

This would explain why neutrinos go through matter virtually
untouched.

And in this explanation we can see quite clearly that the rest-mass of
the neutrino
has to be zero and the speed of the neutrino has to be the same as
that of light.
