From: M on 30 Mar 2010 16:47 I don't know of any way with the default settings. There might be something available if logging was turned up. You'll need to specify your version of Exchange and AD to get a better answer from someone else. -- Regards, M MCTS, MCSA http://SysAdmin-E.com "Dan" <Dan(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:65658176-12DE-46A1-867E-F9A397792EE0(a)microsoft.com... > Any easy way to identify when a distribution group last had mail sent to > it?

The groups expansion is logged in the Message Tracking log. There are 3rd-party tools that collect these log files, analyze them, and store the relevant bits and pieces in a database. That database can produce the date of the last use (expansion). You could do something similar by collecting the log files, extracting the expansion events and the group name and the date and then update either a database or a property of the group to hold the most recent date. --- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP
