I have a HP Officejet 7210 All in One printer. It is connected to my
network.


When I try to send a fax from one of the computers on the network I get
an error message that says "the fax could not be sent because of a
communication error with the fax device. The fax will be moved to the
fax log where you can re-send it"

I called HP and the tech had me try to fax a document from the printer
itself, it worked so he said since that worked it should work from the
computer and there was nothing else he could do.

I can from from any of the other computers on the network. I un and re
installed the HP software, no difference.

Any suggestions?
