I can | only use my computer in safe mode. somebody please help me fix this please.. Please fully explain your problem which has to include the NT Stop error in the BSoD. Just saying "...software has been compromised even my windows firewall." is a conclusion and you didn't post anything to support that conclusion. -- Dave http://www.claymania.com/removal-trojan-adware.html Multi-AV - http://www.pctipp.ch/downloads/dl/35905.asp

What were you doing in the hours/days prior to this problem? What security software did you have in place? What software have you been running -- bit torrents? instant messengers? Have you been accepting all patches? What version are you running? What service pack?
