I'd already formed an opinion quite some months back. I'm just waiting
to see if even a whisper of a response occurs to a very simple and
specific message posted by someone else. I recall Pete thinking CEO
Kelly was a bright star. (Stop Press ! Just checked - Stephen Kelly only
did a three year stint before resigning, for ???? (personal reasons) on
9 Sep 2009). Yes, (now meaning whoever took over from Kelly), he
probably is if you are happy with 'suits' controlling the strings with
shareholders' interests paramount in their minds. Shouldn't their
customers (developers) be given a modicum of interest ?

Hello,

I have downloaded and installed Net Express Personal Edition on Windows
Vista. But whenever I try to start the application, it says "License
Management Service is not running". I don't have license number or Work
Order no. So How do I start that service? Please help me.

Hi all,

I still could not solve this problem. I am still stuck at that "License
Management Service not started." problem. If Net express Personal
Edition is supposed to be free then why is this licensing problem? I am
becoming frustrated. I have already downloaded the software 3 or 4
times, installed and uninstalled hundred times. But finally got stuck at
that point. Please somebody anybody ... help me.

Did not select .NET option as I don't have the .NET IDE disks with me

NE 5.1 Build 5.100.0157 started ok

Service.

I have Audit Manager, Directory Server & XDB Server for NX 5.1 Services
