hi,

i have a fixed point complex input to abs block in simulink. now the abs block supports real input of fixed point data types. as given in

how can i perform abs function in simulink on complex inputs????

well if i split the signal to real and imaginary part and take the product of imaginary part and real part with it self, , add them using the add block take squar root then its compatible with hdl,

its done.
