Ok then what if you don't have McAfee installed? W7 OS using PCtools. This is happening to me and the last time was able to figure out how to reinstall over W7. Fixed the problem but took 3Hrs to load. ......................................................................... McAfee has Enterprise V8.7 compatable for W7. have another PC which is XP OS with Enterprise V8.5 and never had this problem with net access. r

Ours was Enterprise 8.7, I don't have any word on whether McAfee are pushing a fixed version yet or not.
