I have just spent a lot of time putting all events on calender and now I
would like to send out each month a list to others ,how can I do this please.

Do you need this in a format they can add to their calendars or just so they
can read it? What version of Outlook?

Version of Outlook? What clients do the others use?

One method is to send it as a word document - http://slipstick.me/calprint
has a word template that works well.
