From: DL on 14 Apr 2010 18:20 Check your Archive settings, from there you can see both the path & Archive name, then open that Archive, if its not already open "merlin64" <merlin64(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:26C4451C-4F22-4312-BA78-8CEF29F6E1C9(a)microsoft.com... > When I try file/open/outlook data file it takes me to an archive folder > that > is empty. First I suggest doing a search on your pc for all .pst files. You may have files stored in another location besides the default. Then if you have discovered more pst files, note the path and then try to open them. You may have to attach them again if you have previously deleted your email account and recreated it. Importing them also can pull them back to whatever folder you designate. You can also go to the control panel, select mail and you can then note the path currently being used and any others data files present in the current profile. -- I hope this helps you, Dan "DL" wrote: > Check your Archive settings, from there you can see both the path & Archive > name, then open that Archive, if its not already open > > > "merlin64" <merlin64(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message > news:26C4451C-4F22-4312-BA78-8CEF29F6E1C9(a)microsoft.com... > > When I try file/open/outlook data file it takes me to an archive folder > > that > > is empty.
