From: Diane Poremsky [MVP] on 15 Mar 2010 22:07 You can't. If you want them to wrap in a printout, you need to use the Calendar printing assistant (Outlook 2007). -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: mailto:dailytips-subscribe-request(a)lists.outlooktips.net EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: mailto:EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQUEST(a)PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM Do you sync your mailbox with a smartphone or pda? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=39473 "richard K adams" <richard K adams(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:30984ADA-1526-4C1E-AACC-4C0DF18C616B(a)microsoft.com... >
From: TechGuy on 16 Mar 2010 20:02 richard, besides the calendar printing assistant, another option is Wincalendar. This is a addin for MS office that converts it to Word/ Excel format (+ supports word wrap). Works pretty well, but it is not free (is free to try), See here for more info: http://www.wincalendar.com/Outlook-Calendar-Import.htm http://www.wincalendar.com/calendar-maker.html
