You can do so by opening the document in Microsoft Document Imaging {located in Office Tools} using its OCR {Optical Character Reader} feature and then sending the document to Word. I am not sure, but OCR may have a problem with the JPEG format. If so, open the document image in Picture Manager {or any image editor such as Paint} and save the image in TIFF format. Then open the TIFF image using OCR. Don
