If you must do this in Word, the only way is with WordArt.

As stated before, use wordart.

It is in the "drawing" menu on the bottom of your screen.

Find icon that looks like blue "A" letter, click on it and pick your format.

As said above, do use Word Art.

You can find it in the "drawing" toolbar that should be on the bottom of
your screen.
Then search for an icon that looks as blue letter A.
Click on it and choose your style.
