How do I delete an enormus file in outbox that will not send

From: 2ndbase1 on 15 May 2010 23:30 I have Outlook 2003 and I've created an enormus picture file (29MB) that seems to be stuck in the outbox and will not send. I have tried numerous attempt to delete it to no avail. How may I delete it?
