It looks like if you fill it in once, it should update the rest of the document e.g. <<Company_Name>> should be able to be entered somewhere (not sure where) then it'll populate all of the places in the document that says <<Company_Name>>, there are other mergefields throughtout that should work the same, but I am unsure how to do this. You have to perform the merge to create a documents in which all the records in the data source will be merged into the main document. -- Suzanne S.
