How do I get the name and company name to print on an envelope

The Gmayor option is too complex for the average user and all the method's that start with Outlook are more than 10 steps. This is hardly making the users experience simpler! From: Russ Valentine on 13 Apr 2010 17:19 Seems simple enough to me. Modifying Word's AddressLayout is pretty straightforward. It even supports conditional formatting so that the field appears if it is populated and suppressed if it isn't. I haven't found many people who can't figure it out by reading the instructions. Were you expecting Word to provide a GUI interface for every possible address configuration users might want?
