I want to be able to print a document without all of my comments. I go into
Print Preview, and I can't seem to find the option for hiding the comments...

Thank you for your help.

You can turn off the markup from the Review Tab of Word 2007 (or the Review
toolbar in earlier versions).

Either switch to Final view before printing (or looking at Print Preview)
or, in the Print dialog, select "Document" instead of "Document with markup"
under "Print what."
