I am trying to make different flyers using outlook e-mail. I receive them
all the time. They have pictures and text. I think that it is html format.
I have tried to make one in the past and gave up.

I suggest read this article first:

You need to download some templates from that website and follow a step
by step instructions to get a hang of it before you decide to do your
own. Your foundations has to be pretty strong before you can build a
building!
