How do I move contact info from excell to Outlook?

From: Jynene on 15 Apr 2010 17:18 I have a basic spreadsheet with contact information in separate columns. name, postition, phone, address, email. I want to move each individual with their information into an entry in Outlook contacts. Can it be merged?
