It used to be so easy in PPT 2003... I redesigned my Notes Master and want
to reapply the format to existing Notes pages. I see how to reapply (reset)
the format for slides, but not for Notes.

In note page view right click onblank area of notes page > notes Layout >
reapply master

This has to be done slide by slide!
