From: Alexb on 3 Mar 2010 17:19 I have an issue that has popped up lately. On my Business email, under Exchange server I've always setup rules to move specific emails to my Personal Folder, since we have a limite for Inbox size. So, all the emails from my boss, colleagues goes into specific Personal folders. With this rule even Meeting Invites are moved there, and IN THE PAST, using Outlook 2003, when I accepted them, it was BOTH created in Outlook Calendar (OST/exchange server), AND, on my Personal folder. However, lately with Outlook 2007, whenever I accept a meeting invite, it ONLY shows up in my Personal Calendar and NOT on the main Outlook calendar, hence not on the exchange server, and therefore I can't see it on my Blackberry! What's the solution to this? Is this a server setup? Outlook 2007 limitation? Rule setting change in 2007? Our IT departement is kind of clueless and they said I basically have no choice, BUT IT DID WORK in 2003!!! Any help is appreciate!

Change your rule so that only items that use the Message form get moved. This will leave calendar requests and task assignments in the Exchange mailbox. In the Rules Wizard, in addition to the action(s) you've already selected, select the "uses the form name for" action and click the underlines "form name". In the drop-down at the top, choose "Application Forms". In the list that will appear in the pane below the drop-down, choose "Message" and click Add. Click Finish. Now your rule will behave as before, but only move mail, not anything else. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]
