You need to provide some details about your email account type.

If you're at work connecting to an Exchange server, Tools > Out of Office
will work.

If you don't connect to an Exchange server at work or if you're a home user
then follow the steps listed here:

Alternatively, you can check with your ISP's webmail service to see if you
can set an out of office online with them.
