From: tevans1947 on 22 Feb 2010 13:11 I KNOW I can set limits on the number of characters. However, I have some free-flow text fields and need to set limits so that the overall size of the field doesn't expand (beyond a certain number of lines). I'm using the legacy text because I"m worried that many uers of the form will have a pre-2007 version of Word and wouldn't be able to open a form created sole with Word 2007.
From: vttotal on 22 Feb 2010 13:16 In order to prevent users from having compatibility issues with New Office 2007 files you can export your current 2007 document to a 2003 Word Document by changing the save as "file type" when saving a new document in your computer. Hope this information helps, Vicente Tulliano "tevans1947" wrote: > I KNOW I can set limits on the number of characters.
