From: NickH on 26 Apr 2010 09:56 The data in my Access database is in the order that I want it to be but my Pivot Table insists on sorting it either Ascending or Descending. I can't seem to turn this off... If I right-click on the field name and choose Sort > More Sort Options... > Manual (you can drag items to rearrange them) This makes no difference! If I choose PivotTable Options > Display > Field List: Sort in data source order This again makes no difference! Is there some trick I'm missing or is it simply impossible to preserve the original data source order? Br, Nick.
