Your question doesn't make sense. Did you upload those to those web
sites? If not, why wouldn't you just want them removed and how could you
possibly edit them? Both sites have [Report] options where you can
complain about copyright.

Quite right.
The really REAl Hummingbird posted on alt.comp.freeware (until he went
off to do some business) owns two of the images that the socialist
"jak bute" has stolen and is now claiming as his own but is bellyaching
about missing EXIF data. HB's originals probably still contain the EXIF
data.

Thank you for your support, ART. As you say I am the REAL hummingbird.

All 3 of my pictures belong to me. They were stolen by thieves who
hacked my server when I invited them to look at my photos. I've now
decided I didn't want them to see my pictures.

Before you ask, I have never been to the Duangjitt Hotel in Patong in
2007. I never wrote in their guestbook:

"I enjoyed this hotel enormously. A fabulous place to stay with
incredible tropical garden and two swimming pools. All I have
left now are the dreams of paradise! Highly recommended. I hope
to go there again in early 2008."

Basically you cannot. But presumably you have the original full
resolution images from which the online versions were made?

It is quite likely that in a composite panorama image the Exif data will
be stripped since exposures and time date stamps will vary.

If you are the copyright owner then you should still have the original
full resolution panorama to prove it. The image quality on the copies
you have pointed to is poor. I have occasionally been alerted to people
using my images to sell things on eBay by folk who recognised one of my
plants! Most people will desist infringing copyright if asked to do so.

Showing the hosting site one of the original full images complete with
all ex-camera EXIF information should be sufficient proof.

The images you pointed to are of relatively low resolution and heavily
JPEG compressed with optimised Huffman tables and IJG Q=75 (exactly) for
luminance and Q~74 (symmetric, and not exact) for chrominance. This may
well identify the tools last used to compress it for web display.

The question posed by the OP shows a profound misunderstanding of how
digital data works. It isn't there any more so it cannot be undeleted.
