I have Micro Outlook with multiple computers if i turn the computer off i
don't get mail. I was told to save mail to the server, How can I save
incoming mail to the server. Can't find.

You can configure outlook to leave mail on the server in More Settings.

Of course if you turn the computer off you don't get mail. You can't edit a
Word document or create a spreadsheet with it off either. So?

You don't "save incoming mail to the server". Incoming mail already is ON the
server. That's where it gets delivered. Outlook then pulls it from the
server so you can read it. What's your goal? If it's to be able to read mail
while your computer's off, forget it. That can't be done.
