Someone setup a Terminal server for my client and did not active the licenses. It has been beyond the 120 day grace period and now of course nobody can connect. Now it will not allow me to start the TS licensing service. I removed the TS licensing server and now I cannot add it again. The TS licensing server is the same machine as the TS. When I open TS Licensing Manager - no server shows up and I cannot add it back in. Any help would be great.

You need to install the license server again on that machine.
This step-by-step guide will help in setting that up:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd983943(WS.10).aspx

After you install your license server, activate it and install key packs on
it.
Everything is mentioned in the step-by-step guide.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks
