From: sporto2 on 27 May 2010 17:31 I want to send a distribution email that has several events on different dates. Can Outlook auto-populate different dates on different recipients Outlook calendars? Thanks, Steve

If you send an event request, it will be added to the recipients' calendars automatically (as Tentative), but it will be only a single event. You'll need to send multiple requests for multiple events. You can send a mail message with multiple events attached so that your recipients can choose from among the events, but they won't be added to their calendars automatically. Your recipients will need to do that for themselves. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
