From: Eric on 1 Mar 2010 11:10 How do you change seconds to cycles?
From: Rick Rothstein on 1 Mar 2010 11:41 If you mean change the word "seconds" to the word "cycles", then you can use Edit/Replace from the menu bar to do that (select a range of cells that includes the cells you are interested in first); although you will want to probably press the "Options>>" button to display all the options available to you (assuming that they are not already displayed) as it sounds like you may want to make sure the "Match entire cell contents" check box is not selected so you can find the word "seconds" within other text in the cells. If that is not what you meant, then you will have to tell us what "cycles" are you talking about? -- Rick (MVP - Excel) "Eric" <Eric(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:13D06BC4-48E0-442A-8E63-7ECC4C1A08BF(a)microsoft.com... > How do you change seconds to cycles?
From: JLatham on 1 Mar 2010 17:36 And if what Rick Rothstein offered wasn't what you meant then perhaps: Cycles per second * seconds = total cycles Examples: you have 60 cycle electricity (U.S) and you want to know how many cycles in 5 seconds: 60 * 5 = 300 cycles in 5 seconds "Eric" wrote: > How do you change seconds to cycles?
