SAT/10 = 130 IQ. Los Angeles Unified School District, 2009: California Academic Performance Index administered to 700,000 high school students and scores reported by race in the "Los Angles Times." If White kids are granted a score equivalent to 100 IQ (Asians then assigned 106 IQ - a smidgeon low), the weighted average Los Angeles high school IQ is 80. 699,300 LA kids could not have old SAT scores of 130 or greater.
