What type of account do you have at work? If you have exchange server, you
may have either OWA or Outlook anywhere access.

Yes but you need to ask permission from your systems guy and he can give
you the configuration file or VPN address that you can use anywhere in
the world.

The alternative is to use the webmail if your Organization has this
facility.
