If you are already installed the software
1) uninstall the features specific to enterprise using db2uninst -f
2) remove the enterprise license
3) Install workgroup license using db2licm -a

The easy option would be uninstall ESE and reinstall Workgroup

If you are planning to install workgroup using image in Linux and AIX
platform there is an option for specifying instance type

Hi
Thanks for the answer ,

It looks db2unins does not support V8 .
We're DB2 V8.2

Also , while uninstall ESE , reinstall Workgroup
how can I preserve all the tables, function , packages ,...
