I had some problems converting my avi (divx) torrents to a mp4 format for my iPad. I know AVI (Audio Video Interleave) is a popular video format. It comes with good video quality with relative small size. However, how can I convert .avi files then to view AVI video files on iPad. I'm confused.

After search via Google, I found an recommendation on Applethoughts.com, that read iFunia Adds iPad Converter to Mac Product Family, and can convert many formats including AVI into an iPad supported format. I tried, not bad, the software are easy to use yet powerful. Then I collated this step-by-step guide to show those who like me have the same problem how to convert .avi to iPad on Mac with iFunia iPad Video Converter.

Step 1. Download and add AVI files to Mac AVI to iPad Video Converter
Download the program and run, then click the "Add" button to add AVI video files to the AVI to iPad mac converter. This AVI to iPad video converter for Mac supports drag-drop and batch conversion, so you can import and convert several multimedia files at a time.

Step 2. Select iPad output format
Use the "Convert to" on the bottom of the window to control the output format. Select iPad MPEG4(MP4) output format for each video file and specify a directory on your computer to save the output files.

Step 3. Start AVI to iPad conversion
Click "Start" to begin AVI to iPad video conversion. The convert progress bar shows you how much of the encoding is completed.

Note:
This AVI to iPad Video Converter for Mac fully supports Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard, it allows you to manually set video resolution, bite rate, codec and frame rate to get perfect output videos.

You're posting in the wrong place. This forum is for the (Windows-only)
database software Microsoft Access.
