Pre-loaded presentation files must be converted to a UCF file type. How does
one do this in PowerPoint?

WebEx provides software for doing this. I'm pretty sure it installs as an add
-in in PPT, one that allows you to export to UCF.

WebEx tech support should be able to help with this.
