Theoretically you could use the LiveLink API to perform the copy, or you could download the files and upload copies via the LL DAV path: \\LLservername\livelinkdav\... (or something like that, depending on your setup) I'm guessing you want to be able to open this Excel file on a client, then run a macro in the file to perform the copy ?
