From: Ashgard on 7 May 2010 02:33 Hey, I was wondering if someone is able to help me with the following problem: I obtained a MIMO system sys by linearizing (with linmod) a nonlinear simulink model. Someone the phase of this system is not correct... For example, the transfer from input 1 to output 1 looks as: mag | --------------------\ | \ slope: -2 | \ | \ | --------------------------------------- phase | -360 | ----------------\ | \ -540 | \------------------ | --------------------------------------- Ofcourse the phase should go from 0 degree to -180 degree. And strangely enough this phenomena occurs at other input/output pairs aswell... Now I think im unable to control this sytem (with hinfsyn) because of the stange phase behaviour. The system is not that complicated and the offdiagonal terms does not contribute that much to the outputs. Is there some way of correcting the phase in a neat fashion such that it is fixed for the complete mimo system (which has 12 inputs and 12 outputs...)? Thanks in advance for you time and help! Bob
