From: SnooziSuzi on 3 Jun 2010 04:58 Hello Denise, To do a screen dump just set up your screen exactly as you want to display in your email, press the PrtScr button (Print Screen), open the email you want the screenshot in and paste. If you want to have the screenshot as an attachment then paste the image into whatever program you want it to be sent with (MS Word or a graphics package if you want to save it as an image not a document) and then attach the saved file into your email as normal. If you find that the pasted image is too large in your email you can use the handles at the corners to reduce the size.
