How to install .net FW 3.5SP1 on a server without intertnet access. Because,
it seems to be the installer looking for internet to download the sub
components like FW 2.0SP2, 3.OSP2 etc.

2. I am seeing issues even when the server has internet access and WU
service fail to download the fw 2.0sp2.

Any help is highly appreciated.

I just checked my downloads; the DotNetFx35SP1setup.exe files is 2,959,376
and the full DotNetFx35SP1.exe file is 242,743,296 - so it sounds like you
have downloaded the setup file and not the full file. Better go back and try
again.
