Just navigate to the sheet , however note that this will only work correct
if the client computer has office installed

You need to save your Excel file as an html webpage and select "Add
Interactivity" in the options that appear when you save as an html web
page. And as mentioned previously - the client will need to have Office
installed for this to work. Additionally, this introduces significant
security holes to your webserver (and believe me - there is always some
maniac who will find your page and have to mess with it).
