Each time I reply to an email, the text becomes extremely tiny and
unreadable. I notice that it changes to Plain Text and out of HTML. Why?
How do I correct this challenge?

There might be a setting selected that converts all incoming mail to plain text
format. For details, you'll have to ask in a forum devoted to your e-mail
program.

You'll need to ask in a forum for whatever email client you use.
This is a group for Microsoft Word.

You have your mail client set to plain text only. You need to explore the
Options or Preferences and find where the setting is for the mail format.
